Contributing to cloud migration and modernization for one of Greece’s leading banks.
- End-to-end ownership of CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows, continuous pipeline optimization and adjustment per project needs, reducing build and deployment times.
- Managing enterprise Kubernetes deployments using ArgoCD, declarative infrastructure, and GitOps practices.
- Authored Bicep IaC (AVM) to manage all Azure environments, including AKS, databases, messaging, and monitoring, enabling repeatable, pipeline-driven deployments.
- Release Engineering & Environment Maintenance: Manage ongoing platform component upgrades, routine environment maintenance, and Kubernetes cluster updates across environments using pipeline-driven release controls.
- Configure, manage, and deploy self-hosted Azure DevOps VMSS (Linux and Windows) agents via Bicep IaC and Azure Image Builder, delivering a validated, auto-scaling build environment.
- Maintaining and enhancing a containerized local development environment using Podman for developer use, mirroring cloud infrastructure 1:1 to enable faster onboarding, streamlined debugging, and improved development–production parity.
- Managing operational day-to-day DevOps tasks such as CI/CD pipeline monitoring, build/release troubleshooting, cloud infrastructure environment maintenance and troubleshooting, and deployment support in Azure DevOps.
- Maintained and created internal wiki documentation for environments, CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and developer workflows, accelerating onboarding and reducing support needs.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams at Accenture in agile sprints with the intention of improving infrastructure and automating deployment workflows.
